Not Satisfied With Your Purchase?

Boxer Bay will gladly accept merchandise for a store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Please visit your account dashboard to start the return process.

Purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2025 can be returned until January 31, 2026. 

Important Notes

Shipping charges are not refundable.

If an item is damaged, please send us a message immediately and we will make sure to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

All items must be returned unworn and in its original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item(s) at our warehouse.
